  1. DAILY EXERCISE LOG  I just did this on the fly. I tried to leave enough room to get each interval and put something to write some notes in at the bottom.  If you use the Body Rock web page, you do intervals for each exercise. If you need to, print two pages for one day.
  2. INDIVIDUAL EXERCISE LOG  I did this up to keep track of each individual exercise, reps,etc. I couldn't figure out how to keep the Excel Header on there when I uploaded. No worries, just write in the exercise at the top of the chart. I put columns for the date you did the exercise (refer to your daily exercise log), time and # of reps. This way, you can keep track of the exercises you do and how far you are advancing.
